The Sassy Dog Wear Stripe Collar comes in 4 sizes: extra-small, small, medium and large. The extra-small adjusts between 6 and 12 inches and has a ½ inch width. While the small adjusts between 10 and 14 inches with a 5/8 inch width.
On the other hand, the medium adjusts between 13 and 20 inches with a ¾ inch width. While the large adjusts between 18 and 28 inches and has a 1 inch width.

1. Material
The Sassy Dog Wear Stripe Collar is made of nylon webbing which fairly durable. If your dog isn’t much for high energy activities or any activity at all, he should be OK with something like this.
However, if he is one that likes to bound around and play a lot, you might want to be careful. This is not saying that the material is a complicate fail, though.
However, we think it could have been a bit stronger. Especially the size large that is meant to hold in the big dogs.
As for water compatibility, the collar is a safe choice. It can be worn in any kind of water body and for any reason; swimming or even having a bath. This also means that the collar can be washed (and yes, it is machine washable).
However, there is a significant possibility that the colors will bleed. So to be on the safe side, test things out by dipping a portion of the collar in warm water. That should show you if the collar will bleed or not.

The basic design theme on this collar is stripes. There are 7 design options available with this collar and they all have the same kind of stripes.
However, the differentiating factor is the color. So you have lime/coral, brown/multi-color, red/multi-color, green/multi-color, neon pink/multi-color, orange/multi-color and purple/multi-color.
The band logo is on the inside of the collar and so will be obscured when it is worn. This might be good news for some people.
Also, the edges of the collar look really good. The stitches are properly done and are pleasing to the eyes. However, there is a significant possibility that the edges will come unraveled. This kinda potentially threatens the durability of this collar.
3. Clasp, Leash Ring And Tri Glide
The Sassy Dog Wear Stripe Collar uses a plastic quick-release buckle as a clasp. We don’t see the clasp giving you issues irrespective of the size of your fingers.
Also, the buckle is of a pretty good quality. In fact, it is one of the most durable pieces on this collar.
That said, the leash ring is a metal D shaped ring attached securely to the collar. The leash ring is secure enough. Well, as secure as the material of the collar allows.
Finally, this collar is adjustable collar and so features a plastic tri glide.

Everything on the collar is something you’ve definitely come across or even made use of before. So, even if you’ve never handled a dog collar before, you’ll have no issues with this one.

The Sassy Dog Wear Stripe Collar isn’t very durable in that there is a significant possibility that the edges will fray. The edges look nice which is a good thing. However, aesthetics is apparently not enough to keep the edges from fraying.
Also, this collar does not have a separate ring for a dog tag. So, you’ll have to make use of the leash ring knowing fully well that the leash could block out some information on the tag.

The Aztec designed collar is basically a brown collar with colorful patches stitched into the collar. It makes the collar look really cute.
However, this collar is way pricier than our featured collar. In fact, it is about three times the cost of our featured collar.
