Yes, this is the same PVC as the one in your bathroom although this is significantly lighter because it’s been made into a fabric. It still retains its waterproof abilities though even though there are still tiny needle holes where the raincoat is stitched through which raindrops can seep in.
Polar fleece is a soft-napped insulating fabric made from polyester which serves as an insulator. So, basically, this raincoat doesn’t just protect your pup from the rain, it also doubles up as a dog sweater keeping him warm and toasty.
2. Color
This dog raincoat comes in six different beautiful colors, viz: blue, green, pink, purple, red, yellow.
These six colors are good for your pup and you can choose whichever one you want according to your taste. All six colors are easy to see in the dark and highly visible. And to add to the visibility, the American Kennel Club added a reflective stripe to this raincoat.

The people who got this product liked it. They like the fact that it also doubles as a sweater when it’s cold. It’s also light enough for even the smallest dogs to carry about.
